"I got into coaching through a genuine love for movement and a curiosity to understand it better. I became a certified Milo Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer (EREPS accreditation at EQF Levels 3 & 4) and I’m always studying further to deepen my knowledge - currently learning more about muscle growth.
Aerial arts - especially silks - brought me back to the playful and joyful side of exercise, and it shaped how I see training today:
Exercise is not punishment, it’s a way to explore and enjoy what your body can do.
I have worked with clients of different ages, backgrounds, and experience levels, which is exactly why I believe in a personalised approach. There’s no one-size-fits-all - your training should fit you, your life, and your goals.
